Our Mission
The Seven Pillars is a foundation that strives to help others to achieve their goals and reach success. We are here to unite the community through organized events, motivational speaking, and education. By modeling the importance of the Seven Pillars such as Vision, Goals, Dedication, Patience, Consistency, Perseverance, and Attitude, we strongly believe that this is the perfect formula to conquer obstacles and achieve anything you set your mind to. These attributes demonstrate the character that is necessary for daily activities and can be carried along and applied throughout all aspects of life. The Seven Pillars are the key to a powerful future as it provides a strong foundation for success.
What are the Seven Pillars?
2) Goals - A goal is an idea of the future or desired result that a person or a group of people envision, plan and commit to achieve. A vision without goals is just a “vision”. Set short term goals & long term goals to reach the vision you set in your head.
3) Dedication - the quality of being dedicated or committed to a task or purpose. Your vision requires you time and max effort. People who give up on their dreams easily is a reflection of them not putting in the nesscary dedication to reach their end vision.
4) Patience - the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset. Nothing comes easy and everything will take time. It’s apart of the journe. Remember your vision, attack your goals and stay dedicated through the hard times.
5) Consistency - conformity in the application of something, typically that which is necessary for the sake of logic, accuracy, or fairness. Don’t give up.Motivation comes and goes but you can beat that by being consistent.
6) Perseverance- persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. Hard times will come. Something will not go as planed and will delay your process of your vision and goals. Enjoy this part of the process and push through adversity.
7) Attitude - a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior. This journey that you will go through to achieve your vision will be a long one so have a great attitude and positive attitude behind it all!
Past events.
Over 100 middle and high schoolers came out to Golden Valley High school to get coached by multiple current college players. Each kid recieved a free meal after the camp and the top players of the camp earned a MVP plaque and the overall MVPs earned a free pair of cleats of their choice.
The Seven Pillars came together with All Dads matter, The Merced Rescue Mission, and New Direction by handing out Christmas presents to children around local kids for Christmas.
Our Founder has gone around to multiple schools and events to explain to students and staff what the Seven Pillars is and how he applies it in his journey of life. These teachings are powerful and leaves kids motivated to take steps towards their dreams.

Founder - Trey Paster
Trey was born and raised in Merced, California. He played multiple sports since the age of 5
and at 12 years old he decided to finally give football a try after many years of playing travel
baseball. After discovering his potential for his new found sport at the age of 13, he began
taking football more seriously and his passion for the sport motivated him to want to pursue it further, and possibly play at the collegiate level.
He graduated from Buhach Colony High school where he was nominated first team all league defensive back, had multiple section and conference awards and ended his high school career as a top 100 ranked athlete in the state of California. His dedication and hard work earned him multiple Division 1 offers, was a state long jump competitor, and is the current holder of his high school's long jump record. His goal to compete at the collegiate level motivated him to graduate high school early by taking
courses at the Junior College, so that he could be an early spring enrollee for whichever college he decided to attend.
Trey is now playing Pac 12 Division 1 football for the University of California, Berkeley. He is an American Studies Major with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Business. He is a recipient of the Walter A. Haas Community Service award, represented UC Berkeley in an alliance conference in Montgomery, Alabama, Cal’s nominated football player for the prestigious All state - good works community service team, and is on the Wuerffel Trophy watch list which is presented to College football’s most impactful leader in community service.
Trey started the Seven Pillars Foundation to inspire and teach others about the traits that
could be carried and applied through all aspects of life. This foundation that Trey has made
is here to help people in all different communities, students, student athletes and anyone
with the desire to achieve higher goals and be successful.
